[Fan Project] A World Is One DVD Fan Project Full Detail Updated!
I keep my promise everyone! Another International Fan Project will be held by the International Forum of Ayumi Hamasaki, the so called "Ayumi Hamasaki Sekai", very soon!
So, by the success of the Fanbook titled "A World Is One" (Fanletters Fan Project) which has been received by Ayu herself yesterday night, London Time, one of the lucky fan, walking.proud (aka Laura) has thought of another idea to make the next Fan Project which is called "A World Is One" DVD. In Short, it will be a DVD filled with every fans who want to participate from all over the world to express themselves of how much they love Ayu! Since the details are still in a discuss, I'll make sure to update about it soon, once i get the full detail. Meanwhile, just stay tuned to either AHS Forum (if you're a member) or Ayu's Story for the latest info, Alright?

Objective
I want to make a DVD (more than one) with all international fans as we can and deliver it to Ayu or Ayu staff. Of course you can say what you want, but it has to be shorter than a letter, I think this is about to show our love to Ayu and show her that we are a lot and that we are all together.

Sorry guys, I GOT WRONG INFO!
The Deadline has not yet confirmed, the below deadline is actually for the staffs to submit all the box, covers, menu, intro video animations done, so for the fans' clips deadline, there's still unlimited time, but it's still the best if you could submit it fast, let's say like August too maybe :)
Seems like a good idea to have a deadline. At least for the DVD crew. Maybe we can set 31st of august as a deadline to have the animation, graphics and all this done?? At the same time we have to collect the clips and subtitling them. After the 31 of august we will keep collecting clips until we know we can give the DVD box to Ayu. (So until that day, the names on the booklet can't be done, nor the final credits cause we'll keep adding names ^^)
Participation
As there's no final date, I hope everyone will do something, and I know that there's a lot of people here who are in other forums. Please, advertise this project so that everyone will know about it. We are a lot.
Copy this text, talk about "A WORLD IS ONE" book and its success,s how Ayu's pic holding the book!! The fact that we were able to give 160 letter to Ayu will show people that it's posible to do this kind of things!!
What to do?
I read in the thread of the fanbook about doing a DVD, and someone also said that maybe people doesn't feel comfortable showing their face or talking... For the clip you can do anything you want: you can show your Ayu collection, show your town/city, your dog, a teddy bear... anything... you can record your voice, or show messages... or you can be in front of a camera and talk to Ayu!! Anything!!
How to do it?
* 1min 30sec max. clip (you can -and it would be more interesting- to speak in your language, you can show your face or not, your town/city, your ayu collection... what you want!)
* No matter what language are you using, you have to send the English text of what are you saying on the clip (even if you speak in English) together with the clip. You don't have to do the subtitles, there will be people doing it, that's why we need the text.
* There's no problem of how you record it, the DVD crew will convert them.
* Also, do not worry abou tthe subtitles, send the English text together with the clip, we will subtitle them ^^
* The clips have to be send to Hatix e-mail (see below)
* the same as the book, don't say anything about AHS or other forums.
The Result
My idea is do a DVD for Asia, another one for Europe, N. America, S. America, Africa (I can't think of an AHS member from Africa but it's possible!!) and Oceania.
They will go all inside a box (like A COMPLETE), inside every CD case there will be a cover saying the continent and inside a booklet with the names of the fans in that DVD sorted by country. Every DVD will have a menu to choose between countries. And also inside the box there can be a letter talking about this project, like the first page in the A WORLD IS ONE book.

- Work to do:
* The same introduction video for all the DVD, at the end of the intro there will be something (idea: DOME tour evolution glove opening adn showing the name of the continent) for the name of the continent. So only ONE persone have to do it... or we can accept clips and vote for the best???
* Animated menú for the DVD's (same for all or different depending on the continent??? only one person doing it or more??). In that menu Ayu will be able to select the countries.
* 3D Ayu (alterna88 working on it) this will go before the clips of one country (f.ex: 3DAyu "Here you have video messages from Germany!!" and clips start.

I was there for most of yesterday and it was amazing day.
She was quite late yesterday - about 3.15 pm she came out of the hotel, but it was alll so worth it.
She signed my NEXT LEVEL album, and signed at least 1 thing from everyone there!
Went back in the evening, about 8.30-ish, and waited until 11.15 - and still no Ayu return.... so I had to leave, had to catch the last train home shame I couldn't see her in the evening, but I had a great day and will probably go back on Friday.. maybe even this evening!

2nd Fanaccount by keepsgettinbetter @ AHS
I got to meet her twice! Me and my friend got there at around 11AM, and waited outside. She came out at around 4PM, she was wearing the most amazing outfit; leopard print lace-up boots, ripped jeans, a black furry coat and sunglasses. I had a black pen ready for her to sign my SURREAL single but she was already holding a purple one, and she was like 'is purple okay?' and I was like ' omg yes' <3333
So then she got in the van and we were told they'd be back earliest 9PM. Me and my friends went walking around London and came back at around 9PM. At around 1-2AM a van pulled up and her staff got out. Then at around just before 3AM the guy filming showed up and said she'd be here in around 10 minutes.
THEN SHE CAME. Stan said we could come over to the entrance of the hotel, and she came out and signed more things for us (she signed my GUILTY photobook, and I was like 'thank you Ayu!' and she was like 'you're welcomeeee' and smiled; a girl asked Ayu to sign her sleeve!) and then the fanbooks were given to her (Stan asked to take them from Ayu but she held them tightly and laughed, so cute!), and then Stan took group pictures for everyone with cameras, and then she went inside after saying bye and holding everyone's hands!
It was SUCH a long wait but seriously worth it♥

Yay!! Finally good news people!!
The A World Is One Fanbook has given to Ayu yesterday night by Maxker :) Thanks a lot..

Excuse my bad description, I'm over tired.. xD
Mission complete. We have now given the book to Ayu, the clock was half 4 on the night, so most people were pretty tired and cold. She was stunned, and did not know what it was, and got 0.0 eyes when she opened it. The first sheet she saw was a letter from Russia, with a drawing from Arena Tour 2007. Stan said;! "This is really big guys, wow." She was so happy for the book, so when Stan tried to take it from her, she just hissed at him xD
She also enjoyed the chocolate xD We took a group photo with multiple cameras, but I was so busy with the book, so I have no pictures.

[Fanaccount] Meeting Ayu At London Fanaccount + Picture 26.01.2010
The latest fanaccount from another member of AHS, Maxker, the owner of Ayu.no Fansite. He's the one who's going to help us to hand over the Fanbook to Ayu TONIGHT, London Time. It feels so excited! (sorry feel sorry for my fanblog's readers that I'm so selfish, gosh i totally feel I AM!, so sorry)

AMGGG! I and norwegian blue has just met Ayu, and we got four CDs signed. Quite amazing. We landed in London around 20.00, put our luggage at the hotel, and went straight to the hotel where Ayu is located. There were many fans there tonight, actually more than I had expected. We waited for about 2 hours, before she appeared, but there were several who had been waiting for over 8 hours, feel sorry for them, because it was pretty cold. It was AWESOME.
She greeted us and took us in our hands, shocked at how cold we were ^^
It still seems pretty surreal ..... for a great day ^ ^
And yes, I will give her the book tomorrow night

Oops... My frequency of updating seems to have dropped again... *sweatdrop*
For some reason, it's been getting harder and harder to come here~~~~~ *laugh*
The photoshoots ended on a good note yesterday night. And now it's time to switch to the filming team-.
Yes, and in the blink of an eye, filming for the new PV has started this morning~!!!!! For 2!!!
Hyoeeeeee~~~~~~~~~~ *laugh*
And of course, small signs of fatigue will start to show...????? Right??? But every single day, when I leave the hotel in the morning, and when I come back at night, I see all the fans waiting for me with their smiles.
"I'll work harder!!!!!" I thought.
"I won't lose!!!" I thought.
Really, no matter how many times I've said this, I still want to say thank you.
Then, before I go home, I want to slowly and clearly read all the precious letters I've gotten from every person who has gathered here from various countries. That will become the best time for me to relax and heal in recent days~ ♡
No matter how much fatigue I feel, I will change it into tomorrow's power ♡
Even though there's still looooooots of work that ayu's team must accomplish here in London, I think that everyone will pull through it all well ♪

[Fan Project] A WORLD IS ONE Fanbook Project
First I'm truly apologize to all of you, my fanblog's readers as Ayu's ultimate fans, I'm really sorry that I TOTALLY forgot to post this Fan Project up on my blog entries, OMG, i was totally blank and i kept on posting anything related to Ayu, but not this Fan project, really sorry, i thought like what i was thinking by the time, i'd known perfectly that there was this kind of fan project, held by Ayumi Hamasaki Sekai International Forum, where they would give this fanbook to Ayu during her stay in London and they plan to give it to Ayu tomorrow, Wednesday, 27th January 2010. But, I completely forgot to post it here too. So sorry, if not, you guys probably would want to give your fanletters to Ayu through me and AHS Forum.
