I'm sorry that this kind of late~

but let me share with you the information about "ayumi hamasaki ASIA TOUR 2008 DOCUMENTARY BOOK" which was supposed to be released on 30th June 2009, but it has once again been postponed by avex trax until 30th December 2009 which will take several months a head or almost a year for the documentary book to be released. No one knows why it has to be postponed, again.

This piece of information got from CDJapan to someone who actually has pre-ordered for the book

The postpone date is stated as unconfirm from Avex, take note that this book is release by Sony, not avex.

See below quoted post from Empry, she received an email from CDJapan, who had received an update from Avex that the book is cancel, thus refund had been made. Even YesAsia had refund their orders and had taken the listing down.
